Side Gate Brewery & Beer Garden offers craft beer & seltzer brewed on-site to be enjoyed in our family-friendly taproom and expansive beer garden. We are located in downtown Concord, CA — right around the corner from Todos Santos Plaza. We've got food trucks 6 days a week but outside food is always welcome, so pack a meal or pick-up something to-go from one of our neighbors in the plaza and join us!

Dark Bark

Black Lager (5.5%) A black lager, aka Schwarzbier, gives off roasty toasty notes like a stout with the subtle sweetness and drinkability of a lager! Notes of French Roast coffee, Luxardo cherries, and rye bread, but finishes as dry, smooth and crispy as any lager beer you’ve had before.

Sonic Vision

IPA (6.6%) Hopped primarily with New Zealand Nectaron and Riwaka, then balanced out with classic Pacific Northwest Columbus, this beer is a total sensory overload in every sense of the word. It smells like a candied peach dipped in lime zest, but tastes like pink grapefruit coated in pine resin. Smooth, crisp, intense, juicy, bitter, it somehow tricks you with every sip. By the time you think you’ve figured out how to describe it, it’s already gone and you’re ready for another. Just make sure you drink responsibly, because after a few you’ll be seeing things at the speed of sound!
